Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes.
  2. Slice them thinly using a mandolin or knife.
  3. Toss the sweet potato slices in olive oil, salt, and paprika.
  4. Place in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t overlap.
  5. Cook at 375°F for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Remove when crispy and golden brown, then let cool.
