  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  3. Place the chuck roast in a large baking dish and pour the sauce over it.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 3-4 hours or until fork-tender.
  5. Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
