- 3 pounds chuck roast
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
