- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Add the mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, followed by the cheddar cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, chopped turkey bacon, and diced chicken ham. Pour the cheese sauce over the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
