- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken ham, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, cook for 2 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in milk, stirring until thickened.
- Add cheddar and mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted.
- Stir in turkey bacon and chicken ham, then add cooked macaroni.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
