- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Coat the salmon pieces in the sauce mixture and then roll them in the breadcrumbs.
