- 1 pound fresh salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until well combined.
- Dip each piece of salmon into the sauce, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
