  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. Add onions and garlic to the skillet, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in mushrooms and beef, cooking until beef is browned.

  6. Reduce heat and stir in sour cream, mixing thoroughly.
