- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cooked chicken ham, chopped
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat and whisk in the flour.
- Gradually add the milk while whisking continuously until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in the cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
- Add the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, and chicken ham into the cheese sauce and stir until combined.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and sprinkle with additional cheese, if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños to the mixture.
