- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a Dutch oven, heat olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
- Add turkey bacon and ground turkey, cooking until browned.
- Stir in chicken ham, peas, carrots, thyme, rosemary, Worcestershire sauce, and chicken broth. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Spread the meat mixture evenly in the bottom of the Dutch oven.
- Top with mashed potatoes, smoothing them out over the mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
