4 pieces chicken thighs
4 strips turkey bacon
1 cup chicken broth
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
Season chicken thighs with paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Brown chicken thighs in the skillet, about 5 minutes per side.
Add chicken broth and crumble the cooked turkey bacon on top.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
