  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add melted butter, salt, and eggs. Mix well.
  3. Gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the Biscoff cookie butter over the surface.
  7. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into slices.
  9. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
  11. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth, then drizzle over the warm rolls.
