Boston Baked Cod

A delicious and healthy recipe for Boston Baked Cod.

Ingredients

  • 4 fillets cod fish
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the cod fillets with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated cod in a baking dish and add lemon slices on top.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cod flakes easily with a fork.

Notes
