  • 4 pieces cod fillets
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wrap each cod fillet with a slice of turkey bacon.
  3. Place the wrapped cod in a baking dish.
