  • 4 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the pureed butternut squash, sugars, and oil.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  5. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in the walnuts.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased bread pan.
  8. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
