- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Cook linguine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
