Cajun Shrimp Pasta with Salmon

A flavorful blend of Cajun spices, shrimp, and salmon combined with pasta to create a comforting dish that’s sure to impress.

  • 8 ounces linguine pasta
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and salmon to the skillet, sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, and cook until shrimp are pink and salmon is cooked through.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese, and simmer until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce and seafood, tossing to coat.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add more Cajun seasoning.
  • Feel free to substitute the shrimp or salmon with your favorite seafood.
