  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix sliced apples with caramel sauce.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, sugars, and cinnamon.
  4. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. Add oats and mix well.
  6. Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a pie dish.
  7. Layer the caramel apple mixture over the crust.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top.
  9. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool before serving.
