Caramel Brownie Cheesecake

A rich and decadent dessert combining the flavors of caramel, brownie, and cheesecake.

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the sugar, cocoa powder, and melted butter. Add eggs and vanilla, then combine.
  3. Pour the brownie mixture into a greased baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, in another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add caramel sauce and continue mixing.
  5. Once the brownie base is done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before pouring the cream cheese mixture on top.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and fold it into the cheesecake mixture.
  7. Spread the whipped cream mixture over the cheesecake layer and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra treat, drizzle additional caramel sauce over the top before serving.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
