Cheesy Ranch Potatoes

A delicious and easy recipe for cheesy ranch potatoes with a twist of turkey bacon.

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and slice the baby potatoes in half and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the potatoes, and toss until well coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until tender and golden brown.
  6. Remove the potatoes from the oven and drizzle the ranch dressing over the top.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled turkey bacon over the potatoes.
  8. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
