- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and slice the baby potatoes in half and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the potatoes, and toss until well coated.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until tender and golden brown.
