- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 8 ounces pasta (any shape)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, spinach, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan.
- Season the mixture with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
- Add the cooked pasta to the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
