1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter

1/4 cup cream cheese (for frosting)
1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for frosting)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
