2 tablespoons cinnamon

Instructions
In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
Add in flour, sugar, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes.
Place the kneaded dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each into a bagel.
Boil water in a large pot. Boil each bagel for 1 minute on each side.
Remove the bagels and place them on a baking sheet.
