  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture.
  5. Stir in cream cheese and raspberry jam until well combined.
  6. Gently fold in fresh raspberries.
  7. Drop dough by tablespoon onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
