  • 8 ounces chicken ham
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the diced bell peppers until softened.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Add the cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, sautéed bell peppers, and cheese to the egg mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
