- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 apples, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash the sweet potatoes and prick them with a fork.
- Bake sweet potatoes for about 45 minutes until tender.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and cook until cranberries burst.
