Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions and drain.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Slowly add the milk while whisking until the mixture thickens.
