  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until translucent.
  2. Add the garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper; cook for another minute until fragrant.
