  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Peel and cube the potatoes.
  2. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add onions and garlic to the pot and sauté until translucent.
  4. Add cubed potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper, and blend until smooth.
