- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup raspberry puree
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Drop spoonfuls of raspberry puree on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Let cool, then refrigerate before cutting into bars.
