  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup raspberry puree
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of raspberry puree on top and swirl with a knife.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Let cool, then refrigerate before cutting into bars.
