  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add Rotel tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, garlic powder, and onion powder; bring to a simmer.
