  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the vegetables.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the cream, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the vegetables and stir until well coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs and olive oil.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and the veggies are tender.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream.
