- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 whole grain sandwich buns
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While the chicken is baking, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
- Once the chicken is done, slice it into strips.
- Toast the sandwich buns lightly.
- Assemble each sandwich by spreading Caesar dressing on the bottom bun, followed by romaine lettuce, chicken strips, turkey bacon, and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
