Crispy Feta Fried Eggs

  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Remove the bacon and set aside. In the same skillet, add olive oil and heat.
  3. Crack the eggs into the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle feta cheese over the eggs and allow to cook until the whites are set.
