Crispy Gnocchi

A delicious combination of crispy gnocchi, savory turkey bacon, and a rich creamy parmesan sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound gnocchi
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for a minute.
  4. Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth.
  5. Add the cooked gnocchi to the sauce and toss gently to coat.
  6. Chop the crispy turkey bacon and fold it into the gnocchi.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding some red pepper flakes.
