  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Boil the baby potatoes until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain and let the potatoes cool slightly, then gently smash each potato.
  3. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
