4 slices brioche bread
2 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar (for brûlée)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, sugar, and salt until well combined.
Soak each slice of brioche in the mixture for about 30 seconds on each side.
Place soaked slices on a hot skillet or griddle and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
