A rich and creamy tiramisu cheesecake baked to perfection, blending classic flavors with a modern twist.

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup brewed espresso, cooled
  • 1/4 cup coffee liqueur
  • 1 package of ladyfingers
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
  4. Slowly mix in heavy cream, espresso, and coffee liqueur.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan lined with ladyfingers.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until set.
  7. Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  8. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
