  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Fold in blueberries.
  5. Pour batter into muffin tins lined with paper liners.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
