Dijon Dill Panko Crusted Salmon

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the Dijon mustard and fresh dill.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  4. In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  5. Press the panko mixture onto the salmon fillets to form a crust.
  6. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
