Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine the cooked rice, chopped cucumbers, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken thighs on top of the rice mixture.
