  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3–4 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, carrot, and garlic; sauté for an additional 3–5 minutes.
