Easy Boursin Mac

A comforting and creamy pasta dish that incorporates the rich flavor of Boursin cheese and the savory taste of turkey bacon.

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 ounces Boursin cheese
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, combine milk, Boursin cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
  4. Add the cooked macaroni and chopped bacon to the cheese sauce, stirring to combine.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
