- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the milk, vegetable oil, and eggs, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and shredded cheese.
