  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add the ground turkey, cooking until browned.
  4. Add peas, carrots, beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme. Simmer for 5 minutes.
