  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble it.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and brown it.
  4. Mix in the peas and carrots, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. In small ramekins, layer the meat mixture and top it with mashed potatoes.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of the mashed potatoes.
  7. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden.
