- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add ground turkey and turkey bacon, cooking until browned.
- Stir in mixed vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer the turkey mixture and top with mashed potatoes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
