  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add eggs, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt to the mixture. Beat until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  5. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set. Allow to cool before refrigerating.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
