  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, brown the ground turkey.
  4. Add the chopped turkey bacon, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top it with mashed potatoes.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a creamier topping, add sour cream to the mashed potatoes.
