- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 egg, beaten
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crisp, then remove and crumble it.
- In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger, stirring for about 1 minute.
- Mix in the coleslaw, soy sauce, and sesame oil; cook until cabbage is tender.
- Stir in rice vinegar and crumbled turkey bacon. Cook for another minute.
- Push ingredients to one side and pour the beaten egg on the other side, scrambling until cooked.
- Combine everything and add green onions just before serving.
Notes
