  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crisp, then remove and crumble it.
  2. In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, stirring for about 1 minute.
  4. Mix in the coleslaw, soy sauce, and sesame oil; cook until cabbage is tender.
  5. Stir in rice vinegar and crumbled turkey bacon. Cook for another minute.
  6. Push ingredients to one side and pour the beaten egg on the other side, scrambling until cooked.
  7. Combine everything and add green onions just before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add more vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
  • Adjust the soy sauce for more or less saltiness.
