A simplified egg roll experience without the wrap, featuring turkey bacon and beef.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger. Cook for another minute.
  4. Stir in coleslaw mix and cook until softened.
  5. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well.
  6. Top with chopped turkey bacon and green onion before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute ground turkey or chicken if desired.
  • Adjust soy sauce to taste for saltiness.
