- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 4 cups coleslaw mix
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger. Cook for another minute.
- Stir in coleslaw mix and cook until softened.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Top with chopped turkey bacon and green onion before serving.
