  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed sweet potatoes, almond flour, coconut sugar, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
